Yes, that's right! You've been asking and we've listened! We now have Feta! Our Cherry Glen Feta is quite delightful, with a nice tang and just a slight amount of salt it is sure to please! We've enjoyed it with just a spoon as well as crumbled over pasta, on top of a burger, and sprinkled into a salad! Be sure to stop by one of the 3 Farmers Markets were in to pick up your cup.


CHERRY GLEN INFUSIONS
(Summer 2014)

We are so pleased to announce that we have a new cheese! Join us in welcoming Cherry Glen Infusions to our cheese family! These unique cheese starts out as our Cherry Glen Chevre. We hand form the Chevre into large pearls that are then slightly aged. After a couple days we submerse them into hand infused Olive Oil. We currently have 3 outstanding flavors. Rosemary & Roasted Garlic, Thyme & Sage, and Marjoram, Chive, & Sage.

MONOCACY CHIPOTLE WINS BLUE RIBBON AT 2010 AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY COMPETITION
(August 25, 2010)

The 2010 American Cheese Society Competition was held August 25-28, 2010 in Seattle, Washington. Our Monocacy Chipotle won First Place in the Farmstead Cheese open category for all cheeses with flavorings added.

AYLA MAKES HISTORY AT THE NATIONAL SHOW!

Winning for the 4th time, Ayla (breed: Toggenburg) takes Grand Champion. Cherry Glen Farm also sweeps all group classes and is awarded Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor. (AGDA National Show, Louisville, KY 2010)

CHERRY GLEN FARM GOES SOLAR

We are going green! Our new solar system will be operational August 1st. Currently this installation is Aztec Solar Power's largest project in Maryland. (www.aztecsolarpower.com)


OUR GOATS ROCK

Diane Kirsch, farm owner, and partner, Wayne Cullen have been busy this summer showing our goats and we are proud to announce several wins, including the following at the ADGA National Show: Best Toggenburg Doe, Alpine Grand Champion, Alpine Best of Breed, Toggenburg Reserve Champion, Toggenburg Grand Champion, Alpine Best of Breed, and Saanen Grand Champion.
